Templates can applied to items based on automations.

To set up an automation that applies templates

1. Click the “Automation” button on your board
2. Click on “Board automations”
3. Click “Add automation”
4. Choose the condition that will trigger the automation
5. Click on “Then do this” and choose “Apply template”
6. Click on “template” in the sentence and choose your template
