An approver template is a group of approvers that you can apply to items. These templates can be applied manually per item, set as defaults for boards or workspaces and applied through automations.

Let’s first look at how to configure a template.

1. Open Approval Workflows item view (on any item)
2. Click “Configure templates”
3. Click on “Create template”
4. Choose a name for the template
5. Select the approvers to be included in the template
6. Click “Save”
